"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen." 1 Peter 4:10-11 ESV

VISUAL PRODUCTIONThis team serves to create an aesthetically pleasing, distraction free, visual environment where people can read the gospel and encounter God, some for the very first time! The team meets at 8:15am to begin setting up our screen, projector, pipe and drape, and lighting and subsequently breaks the equipment down following our 11am worship gathering.

AUDIO PRODUCTIONThis team serves to create the best possible atmosphere for worship through sound reinforcement where people can hear, sing, and respond to the gospel, some for the very time! HOSPITALITYHospitality is what prevents our Visual and Audio Teams, who get to work first, from getting hangry! In all seriousness this team prepares a breakfast meal and arrives at 8:45am to provide the meal as the aforementioned teams wrap up their setup.

FIRST IMPRESSIONSBefore the first note of music, before the first word of a sermon, and before anyone stands up and says "Welcome!" in the service, most first time church guests have already made a conscious, or subconscious decision, about whether or not they are coming back. Our First Impressions Team serves to create a warm and welcoming environment where the only possible offense could be the gospel itself! This team meets at 9:30am to begin setting up signage and pipe and drape and then walks our guests through their first ONElife Church experience -- from greeting to Next Steps for getting connected into the life of our local church body. This team subsequently breaks down the equipment following our 11am worship gathering.
|
USHERINGAn extension of our First Impressions ministry, our Ushering Team team arrives at 10am to begin setting up chairs, welcoming guests, and helping people find an open seat in our worship center. Additionally this team collects the offering during the Tithes & Announcements portion of our service and subsequently breaks down the chairs following our 11am worship gathering.

FAMILY MINISTRIESComprised of both teachers and assistants, our Family Ministries Team serves in partnership with our parents to train and disciple the next generation by preaching the gospel and instructing our kids in the great doctrines of the Bible. The team arrives at 10:30am to prepare the room, greet the parents, and shepherd our children.
|
NURSERYOur Nursery Team serves to watch over our babies and toddlers so their parents can participate as active members of the church body, whether a guest visiting the church for worship, or a church partner participating on a serving team to make our worship gathering possible. The team arrives at 10:30am to prepare the room, greet the parents at check-in, and care for our children.
